The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room itself was fantastic - comfortable and with a great view of the Loire River. The location was ideal, with easy access to the main areas, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We got great value for our money at Rive Gauche. The room was comfortable and had lovely views of the Loire. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and the Château. The staff treated us like royalty, especially John at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety and freshness.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by John at reception who provided me with valuable local information. He recommended the Carousel Restaurant, only a short stroll from the hotel, which turned out to be an excellent dining experience. The staff throughout my stay were efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

I requested extra pillows on the first night of my stay, but unfortunately, they were never delivered. Additionally, on one occasion, the soap was not replaced, and there was no mount for the shower, which made it challenging to wash my hair.
