We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Chaimaa, provided excellent customer service and were really helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and is easily accessible with the nearby tram stop. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a kitchenette that was very convenient for preparing simple meals.

Teneo Apparthotel Bordeaux Maritime was great value for money with spacious and well-equipped rooms, perfect for families. The location was convenient, close to the Cité du Vin and waterfront restaurants. The staff were excellent, offering prompt and helpful service.

The lack of air conditioning made the rooms unbearably hot, even in mid-September. The provided fans didn't do much to cool down the room.

I had a great stay at a well-situated apartment near the city center. the location was excellent, with a tram station just nearby that took me to the center in a few minutes. the apartment itself was spacious and had all the necessary kitchen utilities. the reception provided excellent service, addressing any issues promptly. After I reported a stinky bathroom and mosquitoes, they promptly gave me another room and even offered a free breakfast to make up for the inconvenience. a pleasant experience.

The hotel had a secure car park, which was convenient for our hire car. The room, although a sofa bed, was very comfortable and well-equipped with thoughtful storage. The decor was clean and modern, and the staff at reception were friendly and pleasant. a pleasant stay in a well-located hotel.
