The value for money at Celestins Spa Hotel was excellent. The room was well-equipped and had a beautiful view, making it worth every penny. The location was perfect, nestled between the parks and the river, providing a tranquil setting. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even making a dinner reservation for us at a nearby restaurant.

When it comes to breakfast items, it would have been nice to have a greater variety of choices.

A truly rejuvenating experience at the Celestins Spa. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The separate shower room and bath added a touch of luxury. The tranquil park nearby was a delight for evening walks. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a restaurant by the river and a short walk to the old beautiful centre. The hotel is just next to the park along the river, offering good walks and scenic views. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a view overlooking the meticulously manicured gardens and the park. The beds were sumptuous, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom had a separate toilet and shower room, along with a large corner bath. The service provided by the staff was amazing, with highly efficient and friendly receptionists always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The bar staff could use some improvement in terms of their politeness and customer service skills.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by providing luxurious amenities such as a spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a sauna. The massage and body scrub treatments were exceptional and left me feeling rejuvenated. The sun loungers and garden area were the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful location. The restaurant offered a great selection of foods, with helpful staff catering to special diet menus. this hotel provided a luxurious experience that fulfilled all of my needs.

The wifi connection was a bit slow, which made it difficult to stay connected throughout my stay. However, this was a minor issue and did not take away from the luxury experience provided by this hotel.

We spent New Year's Eve at a spa hotel and enjoyed two facts: a comfortable bed and some good linen. Location was also great as we could easily get around to the town. One advantage we enjoyed was the chance to have a relaxing time while enjoying the therapeutic waters.

There was no staff around to ask for assistance. the breakfast was expensive per head.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spa hotel. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious cuisine and a beautiful atmosphere. The staff were also very courteous. We loved the easy access to the Celestins Spa, which was well-organized and offered a variety of treatments. The front desk even had notes with our spa appointments, making check-in a breeze. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and we appreciated that the bar was open and serving cocktails, even during the Christmas holiday.

The pool on the 7th floor roof was not clean and well-maintained.
