The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. It is situated right on a peaceful lake surrounded by water lilies, creating a serene and idyllic atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy the beautiful shoreline. Moreover, its proximity to the village makes it convenient for exploring and experiencing the local culture.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The bungalows were really nice, they had traditional exteriors and modern interiors. the hotel was beautiful with well-maintained grounds and interesting cultural elements. the food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional, especially the half-board deals. the location was great for accessing nearby shops and amenities, which made it very convenient.

The bathrooms were basic and the rooms had some bugs, so it would be best to bring mosquito spray. the pool and beach area could be improved as it lacked in attractiveness.

We loved staying in the overwater bungalow with a premium lake view. The view of the beautiful pond filled with lily pads, fish, and eels was breathtaking. The resort provided a peaceful and private atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the unique touches in the bungalows that reflected the early Polynesian culture. The concierge gave excellent advice on tours, and the restaurant served delicious meals. The pool and beach area were lovely, and the sunsets were absolutely phenomenal. we had a great stay at Maitai Lapita Village Huahine.
