the lodge was amazing, exceeded expectations. spacious room, beautiful decor. good kitchen for cooking, saved money. christmas dinner at lodge restaurant, bit pricey but very good. staff awesome, friendly and helpful. early check-in and loaned boogie board. open bungalow with fans, mosquito netting available. view was green and tropical.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem in the hills with breathtaking ocean views. the eco-lodge was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a charmingly rustic unit with a refrigerator and a good shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food served in the restaurant was delicious. We loved dining while watching the sunset over the ocean and taking a dip in the sunset swim at the swimming pool. the location was perfect for surfers and nature enthusiasts, with Teahupoo and other beautiful spots nearby. a perfect getaway close to nature.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vanira Lodge. The privacy and serenity of the place made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The stunning view from our villa was a highlight. The restaurant served delicious dinners and their molten chocolate cake with whipped cream and ice cream was a definite winner. Having a hot tub on our deck was a wonderful bonus. The villa itself was unique with coral and shells incorporated into the ceiling. It was a great experience to stay outside of the city and explore more of the island.

The food was tasty and the surrounding views were stunning. the hotel location was away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas, which was great. It was easy to access some interesting local activities and the hotel staff were very friendly.

There were some minor issues such as toilet paper not being available in the restaurant bathroom and the staff not using gloves while preparing food. the weather was not very good during our stay and the room we were in had some leaking issues, resulting in our clothes getting damp and our sleep being disrupted.

The well-lit sign ensured we found the lodge easily, despite the dark and rainy weather. The bungalow we stayed in was simply amazing, with a spacious deck offering stunning views of the surrounding forest. The outdoor restroom added a fun and adventurous touch to our stay. the air-conditioned bedroom and comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep.

That some cooking materials were lacking, which would have been helpful for preparing meals. there were some plumbing issues in our room, causing constant noise that kept us awake for the first few nights.

We were blown away by the creatively constructed accommodation at Vanira Lodge. The Flinstones hut in the middle of the beautiful valley with the ocean view was simply breathtaking. The sunset was amazing and incredibly romantic. Surrounded by lush green forest, we felt completely at peace. The absence of mosquitoes was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to truly relax in the jacuzzi and hammock. It was evident that the owners had poured their heart into planning and building this place. The proximity to Teahupoo was a bonus, and having a car was essential in this remote location. we had a fantastic and unforgettable experience.
