The location was ideal, close to everything in this city and yet situated in a lovely quiet area. The staff were really responsive and attended to the few issues we had, such as a broken/noisy radiator. Checking in early and checking out late was a breeze. The rooms were very clean, perfect for someone like me who is allergic to dust. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff were lovely and attentive.

The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the tube station, making it a great location for exploring the city. the room had a comfortable bed and a nice selection of toiletries. Plus, having filter coffee in the room was a nice touch!

The walls were quite thin and I could hear people walking around and talking in the hallways. the layout of the room was a bit awkward, with furniture placed in odd locations.
