The view from our apartment was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great time exploring the city and coming back to the cozy apartment. I highly recommend Alliance Palace Batumi for a memorable stay.

I loved the fact that they had a 24/7 room service that would bring me everything I wanted in a blink of an eye. the location of the hotel was also quite convenient, only 10 minutes away from the airport and with a mesmerizing sea view from my balcony. the staff was exceptional, always there to help me out of difficult situations.

The lobby was a bit crowded and small, offering limited seating options, especially around 12:00 pm. the receptionist was a bit confused during my checkout process, causing me a bit of inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to everything. It is centrally located, just a short distance from the city center and the beach. The hotel is also situated close to the sea, offering beautiful views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious balconies overlooking the sea, lake, and dancing fountains. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the rooms are well isolated, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep.

One negative aspect is that the receptionist at check-out seemed a bit confused.

This hotel had luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the room was beautifully furnished with exclusive amenities. the staff provided excellent service during my stay. the restaurant and bar areas were tastefully designed and served delicious meals and cocktails.

The location was not ideal, being a bit far from the old town. the hotel provided private facilities that more than compensated for this small flaw.
