The location of the hotel is superb, as it is close to Avlabari Metro Station and a short walk to Old Tbilisi. The room was clean and always smelled fresh, and the balcony provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the view of the river and mountains. The homecooked breakfasts were delicious, and the staff, particularly Irakli, were very accommodating from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only drawback I experienced was the slow wifi in our room. Additionally, it would have been helpful if the hotel provided larger towels upon check-in.

We absolutely loved the amazing view from the terrace, it was breathtaking. The staff, especially Niki, were extremely accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast prepared by Nelli was delicious, like a home-cooked meal. The three ladies who served breakfast and cleaned our room were friendly and went out of their way to understand us despite the language barrier. The hotel itself was perfect and highly recommended, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great location. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Georgia in the future.

We spent Christmas in a hotel near Old Tbilisi, and it offered a couple of cool amenities like complementary breakfasts and free Wi-Fi. the location was perfect because it was close to the train station and the city center, which made it easy to explore the city. the best aspect of the hotel was the stunning view from the balcony, where we enjoyed taking pictures and relaxing.
