I had a wonderful stay at Aston Inn in Batu. The twin standard room was comfortable and the bed was incredibly cozy. The bathroom was spotless and I enjoyed the outstanding view from the balcony in the evening. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to attractions like the Museum Angkot and Onsen. The staff at the hotel were helpful and the restaurant had a great atmosphere for breakfast. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was amazing! the room was cozy and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding area. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food options. the indoor pool was the best part, it was clean and big enough to swim laps. the hotel had a great location as it was near the main attractions of the town.

The check-in process was slow and inconvenient since we had to wait for our room. the bathroom did not meet our expectations, it lacked proper hooks to hang our clothes and the showerhead was not working well.

I had an unexpected and remarkable experience staying in this hotel. They upgraded my room for a very affordable price and gave us free breakfast for two nights. The breakfast was superb, delicious, and fancy. They even surprised us with a fresh fruit parcel in our room and a big apple pie when we checked out. The hospitality and benefits provided by the staff at this hotel go beyond expectations.
