Clean, comfortable rooms. Incredibly helpful staff provided PCR testing, airport transfer, and delivered toilet paper at 2:30am. Central location with restaurants and cafes nearby. Tastefully furnished boutique gem in a historical building. Excellent transport arrangements.

It's situated in a lively area with lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. the room was very comfortable and had brand new amenities. the staff was very accommodating and helped us with all our requests, from food recommendations to organizing a tour. They really made us feel welcome.

The noise level. We could hear barking dogs and cars throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Great location in the city center, close to the bazaar and other businesses. Walking distance to the white bridge, cable car lift, and fountain roundabout. The hotel is surrounded by cozy coffee shops. The room is soundproof, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The staff is friendly and flexible. The room, although small, was sufficient for our needs as we were always out exploring. The air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable. The hotel is also clean, with a very clean toilet.

There is no elevator in the hotel, so guests have to carry their luggage upstairs themselves.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially loved the balcony in my room, which offered a lovely view of the street below. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kutaisi. The location was perfect, right in the city center. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us with a wrong parking fee. They were extremely helpful and made us feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable with brand new amenities. We even received two bottles of wine as a gift upon arrival. The hotel's internet was reliable, which was important for our work. we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and great location.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of English channels on the TV and the absence of tea and coffee amenities in the room. However, there were coffee shops conveniently located downstairs.
