We had an amazing stay at Best Western. The hotel staff, especially Miss Tatia at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was convenient, with everything we needed nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right on top of a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it is situated in front of a sports arena, providing a great view for sports enthusiasts. The room was spacious and clean, with a European-style bathroom that had heated floors and towel racks. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of suggestions and arranging private tours. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

There was a slight issue with the heater and hot water system at times, which required contacting the hotel reception for assistance.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with great suggestions for activities to do in the area. They even helped us arrange a private tour, which was a highlight of our trip. the spacious room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was amazing, offering various options to choose from.

The service at the hotel's restaurant was not up to par with the friendly service at the reception. the waiter was unfriendly and had our food laid out on the table before we had a chance to be seated.

The hotel also provided excellent room service, which was a wonderful bonus. we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

That the air conditioning was only available in one room, but it wasn't a major issue for us. This place is truly a gem and we would definitely stay here again.
