Some guests have reported issues with the air conditioning in the rooms not providing adequate cooling.

I had a fantastic stay at this venue. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the station and surrounded by lots of shopping and dining options. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including toiletries and coffee-making facilities. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even arranging for my luggage to be delivered to the airport. The fact that there is a Family Mart connected to the hotel lobby was incredibly convenient.

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel! the room was cozy and modern, with an amazing bathroom that had a deep tub and separate wash area. the bed was so comfortable, and the complementary pijamas were a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around the city. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the laundry room on the premises, which were both great amenities.

While we had a great time overall, we did have a bit of trouble communicating with the staff who didn't speak much English. This made it difficult to ask for recommendations or get help with anything beyond basic requests.

Self-service laundry and store located in the building making it easy to grab snacks or do laundry. a great experience that made exploring the area a breeze.
