The hotel is conveniently located, within a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station and surrounded by various stores. The staff were friendly and professional, always there to open the doors for us, even when we returned to the hotel late. The room was always clean, with a clean and functional bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was consistently great, no matter the time. Plus, the hotel offered good value for money.

There were some inconsistencies with the housekeeping service and amenities replenishment.

The hotel had attentive and friendly staff who spoke both English and Russian. the breakfast was awesome and added great value to the stay. the hotel was kept very clean and the heating worked perfectly, making the room very warm and cozy even when it was cold outside. the location was great, with lots of stores around and an easy 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station.

That the room had a strange smell, and there was sometimes a puddle on the balcony floor from rain and AC block. the room could have been cleaner, with an old toothbrush left in the bathroom.

The room at Bg Palace Hotel was surprisingly spacious and had panoramic windows, filling the space with natural light. The comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. The staff were helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were a few drawbacks. There were no water bottles supplied, and the rooms were not cleaned daily.
