We loved the beautiful forest location with stunning mountain views. The spacious, clean rooms had a fridge, TV, and a desk. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The free parking was a bonus.

The hotel is nestled away in a beautiful forest setting with a breathtaking mountain view, perfect for a romantic escape. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed playing pool and other games on the first floor. the hotel offered a complimentary parking spot which was convenient.

The wifi had some connectivity issues in the evening. the hotel is located on a busy road with many stray dogs that barked continuously all night, making it difficult to sleep.

The location of Bm Plaza was perfect for our ski vacation. It was just a few steps away from the Kokhta Gora cable way, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was clean and provided us with great hospitality. The owner was very helpful and guided us throughout our stay. The staff were also very attentive and helpful. We were even impressed by the owner's willingness to personally help us when our car got stuck in the snow. The lounge area was great, and the food, although limited for breakfast, was still acceptable. our experience at Bm Plaza was awesome, and we would definitely recommend it to couples and families. You won't regret staying here!
