My stay at Sheraton Zagreb was marked by warm hospitality and spacious elegance. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, offering both variety and quality. I truly appreciated the generous amenities, like complimentary water and a take-out breakfast before my early flight. The hotel's location made exploring the city a breeze, with everything just a short walk away.

However, I found the room temperature a bit uncomfortably warm. it was hard to get fresh air as windows didn’t open. Additionally, the lack of proper housekeeping on a few days was disappointing, as we had dirty glasses left in our room.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep after long days exploring Zagreb.

The breakfast experience was underwhelming, with staff showing little attention to cleaning and maintaining the dining area despite a busy atmosphere.

The breakfast buffet was a real treat, definitely worth 21.99 euro, way better than eating out. The staff, mostly Filipino, were exceptionally nice. I met Christian and Alejandro, who made my mornings brighter with their service and friendly smiles.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but considering the quality, it was still acceptable.

Had a spacious room that was decent, but the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine! The QR code for room service was a fun obstacle course—but I prefer my pasta with a side of ease, not scavenger hunts.

Breakfast was like my ex—just didn’t meet expectations! The prices are up there too, and I didn’t see any fancy morsels like salmon.

The breakfast buffet was extensive (I mean, dessert at 9 am! ). Location was walkable to the main square, just 15 minutes away. Room was impeccably clean, with a deep bathtub. Reception staff were friendly and responsive.

The staff were incredibly helpful, upgrading our room to an executive one upon arrival! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, some items that reminded me of home,, and I could feel the energy of different cultures in the food.

It wasn't exactly bargain-priced, but considering the upgrades and comfort, it was still acceptable.

the hotel was amazin for my bday trip! loved the cool pool area n super friendly staff. they even surprised me with wine n cake, made my day! breakfast was good too, lots of options though a bit pricey. gym was nice, not too crowded, perfect for a chill workout.
