I stayed at Sheraton for a short business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The room size was good, the staff were helpful, and I was greeted with a delicious chocolate muffin, bottle of water, and fruit on arrival. The spa offered a good massage, although the language barrier made it difficult to buy products. The hotel's location was perfect, with the city center within walking distance and a tram right outside. The prices for food and stay were excellent.

The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. the hotel offers facilities such as a fitness center and a spa, providing guests with additional amenities.

The decor in the hallway and rooms is outdated and needs to be updated.

Only one minor suggestion for breakfast selection, it would have been great to have more variety of pastries available.

One of the downsides I experienced was the uninviting wellness center. There was a lack of proper signage, which made me hesitant to enter.

Great holiday experience at a hotel in Zagreb. Loved the location, close to main sights and Christmas markets. the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast with wine and champagne included. the service was friendly and attentive.

Wished the spa was open longer in winter. Also, not a fan of the swimsuit policy in the saunas.
