We really enjoyed our stay here. The location, up a hill to the side of the Parliament Building in a quiet street, was perfect for us. The hotel is situated right behind the parliament in a pleasant shady pedestrian area which made our stay very relaxing. Although on a hill, this location gave us some stunning views! The service was great with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry always available. The airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance were also very helpful. The rooms had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The garden furniture added a nice touch.

We highly recommend this place. Although the location is not perfect, everything else made up for it.

I celebrated my Christmas holidays here and loved the entire festive decor. the hotel had a beautiful Christmas tree and ornaments throughout the lobby and rooms. the hotel also offered complementary wine on Christmas Eve, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was great, as it was only a few minutes away from the major shopping areas and attractions. I enjoyed the fantastic views of the city from my room.

Despite the lovely Christmas decorations and location, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. the facilities were not up to standard, with faulty air conditioning and terrible Wi-Fi throughout the property.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was situated up a hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was a peaceful and quiet area, which allowed us to have a truly relaxing experience. Despite being tucked away, we were still only a short 5-minute walk from the main street and the city center. The view from our room was stunning, with a beautiful panorama of the city and the Holy Trinity Cathedral across the river. Truly a sight to behold!

My recent stay at Citrus Hotel was fantastic. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main square and the old city. We loved the fact that it was far enough from the hustle and bustle to ensure a peaceful and quiet stay. The hotel is situated in a lovely area with a children's playground and a green space with a fountain nearby, which was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast provided was delicious, and my wife and kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Citrus Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was conveniently located near a modern Galleria and just blocks away from the Parliament Building. Although not directly in the city center, it was still very accessible and close to everything we wanted to see in Tbilisi. Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral. The bed was solid and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly service provided by the staff.

The corridors on the floors were quite narrow, which made navigating with a wheelchair a bit challenging.

Great location near Rustaveli, spacious junior suite with large balcony and great view. Pleasant and quiet surroundings with a children's playground and green area nearby. Helpful staff, airport pickup/dropoff service, comfortable rooms with good WiFi. Popular cafe/restaurant for professionals. Ideal for business visitors or meetings with officials.
