The staff were attentive and always eager to assist us throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, with stunning gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed taking walks through the woods to the nearby beach, which was just a short distance away.

We had a wonderful Easter stay at this hotel. the afternoon tea was amazing, with a delicious selection of sandwiches and cakes. the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. the location was perfect, with easy access to both the town and the beautiful sea. We also enjoyed the bonus of a swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring the grounds. it was a fantastic experience that we highly recommend.

The room we were assigned was smaller than we expected, and the view wasn't the best. we found the toiletries in large shared bottles to be less than ideal, as we prefer individually packaged ones.

I had a pleasant stay in a bungalow at this hotel. The location was convenient, only a 10-minute walk to the beach and the centre of town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices.

We particularly loved exploring the expansive grounds and taking the scenic walk through the woods to the cliff top and coastal path. we highly recommend this delightful retreat for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

There was one aspect of the hotel that was a bit disappointing. The lighting around the hotel was not sufficient when I returned late at night, which made it difficult to navigate my way back to the hotel.

We spent Christmas at a hotel that I will not be recommending. the one thing we liked was the beautiful building, old and full of charm. the location was perfect, it was surrounded by lovely walks and there was a picturesque little village just a stone's throw away. Plus, the complimentary bottle of wine in our room was a nice touch.

Our stay wasn't enjoyable. the worst part was the lack of hot water in our room, which made it impossible to take comfortable showers - not the ideal situation when you're on holiday.
