I was pleasantly surprised by Era Palace Hotel. Despite being located in a bustling area, my room facing the backyard was remarkably peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, although it would have been better if the staff had been more punctual. The hotel's value for money was impressive, making it a place I would gladly return to. The staff at the hotel were very polite, helpful and welcoming. The room was equipped with a comfortable bed which provided a good night's sleep. The hotel also boasted good amenities such as a fridge, mini-bar and a nice bathroom.

The location of the hotel was quite a disappointment as it was far away from the city centre and not close to many restaurants. the breakfast was not up to standard with limited options and poor quality food that left much to be desired.
