Amazing Red Level facilities and staff. Comfortable rooms, efficient cleaning. Fantastic infinity pool, top-notch breakfast. Convenient WiFi, adult-only areas. Great breakfast with healthy options and gluten-free, dairy-free alternatives. Pleasant, chatty staff.

We were blown away by the serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings at Gran Melia in Alcala. The multiple swimming pools, including the Red Level private pool, provided the perfect spot for relaxation. The Bali bed-style loungers were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor jacuzzi on our balcony was a luxurious touch. The staff, especially Diego at breakfast, were exceptional and genuinely cared about our experience. We also loved the coastal walkway that ran past the hotel, offering stunning views of the Los Gigantes cliffs and Mount Tiede. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

The staff were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic, especially the steak and breakfast. The layout and facilities were great, including the gym and access to the beach. The attention to detail and high quality of the resort were impressive.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the spa centre was the perfect place to relax and unwind with a sauna, body wraps, and a variety of massages available. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. the sun terrace provided the perfect location to soak up the sun with beach umbrellas, and the garden area was truly stunning.

The only drawback was the lack of variety in the buffet breakfast. Despite this, the hotel staff were attentive and professional, catering to all of our needs.

Gorgeous views & beautiful amenities. the breakfast buffet was good and our room had a balcony with a view of the sea. the hotel is situated in a central, easy-to-find location. An advantage that we enjoyed was being able to watch the sunset from the outdoor pool.

The staff was unhelpful and seemed bored. the hotel was overpriced for the quality of the accommodations and service provided.

the all-inclusive experience was top-notch, with 8 fantastic restaurants to choose from. I especially loved the French restaurant included in the Red Level package, where I indulged in mouthwatering dishes like steak and duck. the drink options were also impressive, with the ability to customize flavors and have cocktails served frozen. the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. the adults-only Red Level section was great for a romantic getaway, with access to exclusive pools. the spa facilities were also exceptional, providing a serene and relaxing experience.
