Spent Christmas in this charming boutique hotel, and had a blast! Loved how clean and fresh the room was, with all the necessary amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste. the location was central, making it easy to reach all the sights and sounds in the city. But the best part were the staff- extremely polite and welcoming, they made us feel right at home! the breakfast spread was delicious too, with homemade pancakes and some fresh coffee. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Apart from that small issue, everything else was perfect.

I had an exceptional stay at Gala Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The hotel itself was fresh and well-designed, with a cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and had a lovely balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its European quality and hospitality.

While the room was comfortable, it would have been nice to have some coffee or tea in the room to use with the provided kettle and mugs. The shower temperature was a bit cool, and it would have been convenient to have a bottle of water in the room.
