I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. The attention to detail in the hotel's decor was impressive, creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. The poolside seating was ample and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The rooms were spacious and provided a high level of comfort, allowing me to unwind after a long day of exploring. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

We had an amazing stay at Airis Boutique Hotel & Suites. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The room was spotlessly clean and had a stunning view of the pools and the sea. The daily cleaning service was impeccable, and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the fridge. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. We also had a fantastic dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Ladi, which we highly recommend. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to various restaurants and shops. The reception staff, George and Giannis, were extremely helpful in guiding us through the map of Chania and suggesting great places to visit. we had a fantastic time and would definitely return to Airis Boutique Hotel & Suites.

One small downside was that the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. Additionally, we encountered a staff member at the restaurant who seemed less friendly and welcoming, although she still maintained a professional approach.

The location of the hotel is outstanding, as it is very close to three beautiful sandy beaches just a short walk away. it is conveniently located near the 21 bus stop, which makes it easy to visit Chania. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with amenities such as rainforest showers and comfortable beds. The staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast menu offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also has fantastic facilities, including two pools and a bar.

Some balconies may feel a bit exposed due to the glass railing.
