On each of my business trips to Tbilisi, I choose Holiday Inn. The hotel's exceptional standards set it apart from other Holiday Inn locations worldwide. The breakfast is delightful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. I will definitely return.

Had a great christmas at this hotel. The pool was a major plus. The breakfast and lunch were also delicious. The check in and check out process was quick and hassle-free. Location was convenient, close to key attractions and amenities. Enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms.

There were some issues with the service and attitude towards customers. Room service was slow and there was a lack of communication about the sudden closure of the casino.

Facilities: The hotel offered all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a simple breakfast and a quiet working area. Friendly and Attentive Staff: The employees were English-speaking and always ready to help, making our experience pleasant and enjoyable.

Air Quality: The surrounding area had poor air quality due to heavy pollution, which may be a concern for those with respiratory problems. Credit Card Pre-charge: The staff locked the minibar unless a certain amount was pre-charged on the credit card, which was inconvenient for some guests.

We had an amazing stay here! First of all, the location is great as it is situated in a busy area between two roads but the rooms are soundproofed and we didn't hear any noise. Plus, it is just a short walk away from the Metro Station, making it very accessible. Second, the service is impeccable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room service was available 24/7 and we appreciated their help with car hire, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. Third, the amenities provided were top-notch. The room was spacious and clean with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi, among other things. The leisure facilities like the swimming pool and massage were great too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had such a great experience! The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated in a very convenient area between two roads, and it is within walking distance to the Metro Station. The room service was impeccable, and I was able to enjoy car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly, and they made sure that all of my needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Not to mention, the flat-screen TV and the comfortable beds made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved that there were a variety of dining options available, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The staff here really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great dining experience. Lastly, I was able to take advantage of the leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and the spa centre. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

We stayed here during xmas and had a great time! the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the complementary airport shuttle and breakfast. the central location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and we enjoyed the beautiful views from our room.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations, especially in the bathroom. We also experienced some noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep.
