The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from a beautiful church and with an Iranian restaurant just opposite. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even offering us a free ride to and from the airport. The service was excellent and the staff spoke English fluently, making communication easy. The breakfast was satisfactory, with good coffee and tea. The hotel also provided free WiFi.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, as there were some spots of mold in the shower.

I loved staying at this hotel during my visit! The location was perfect; it was located in a quiet street just off one of the busiest ones and within walking distance of the historical center. Another great aspect was the service; the room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, airport shuttle. The room amenities like the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar enhanced my stay here. Finally, the staff was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of during my stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel, situated on a quiet side street in the heart of the old town. It was within walking distance to all the major attractions in Tbilisi.

Spacious room with amazing terrace. Great design and location, near Freedom Square. Easy access to attractions, no need for taxis. Good breakfast with nearby halal restaurants. Bonus: Bidet sprayer in the toilet.

As a disabled traveler, I found the hotel staff to be very accommodating and helpful during my stay. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, making my experience comfortable and enjoyable.

The only issue I had during my stay was that the room felt warm at times. However, the staff were quick to resolve this by providing a fan and ensuring that I was comfortable.

Great value for money! the breakfast spread was fantastic and included both cooked and continental options. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and even gave me complimentary transfer to and from the airport. the location was ideal, only a short walk away from the main metro station and several restaurants.

That the room I stayed in was not clean and had a strong cigarette smell, despite asking for a non-smoker room. The sound isolation was poor, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms.
