Had an amazing Xmas stay with views that were out of this world. Loved how close the property was to a beautiful church that added to the overall charm of the area. The staff were super friendly and provided free airport pick up that made us feel valued. We were also given a complimentary bottle of Georgian wine that tasted amazing.

The instant coffee at breakfast was not the best, but understandable at the price point. , the property is slightly far from the city center, but a short cab ride or 20-minute walk was not a big issue for us.

This hotel is great value for money, with amazing views of the main Cathedral of Tbilisi. The staff are really friendly and pay great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and some have a balcony, which is a nice touch. Breakfast offers options for vegetarians, which is a big plus.

All was ok!

I was amazed by the beautiful garden at Livin. It was the perfect spot for my kids to play and spend their time. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us to stay until late at night due to our late flight. The comfortable room and excellent service made our vacation with the kids truly enjoyable. I will definitely recommend Livin and I'll be back! a fantastic experience.

As a family with children, we loved the hotel's welcoming and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and clean and comfortable facilities. The balcony view and rooftop area were breathtaking and provided a beautiful place to relax. The hotel's proximity to attractions and a 24/7 supermarket was convenient, and the small swimming pool was a nice bonus.
