The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the center of Blackpool near the tower. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, providing ample living space for families. the apartment offers good value for money, with discounts for attractions and cafes. It also includes thoughtful gestures such as instructions for appliance use and a message from the staff on the evening of the stay.

There was an unpleasant smell upon arrival, possibly coming from the dishwasher.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Heritage House Apartments. We stayed for four nights to celebrate our son's 5th birthday. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and modern. The optional breakfast pack was a great addition, and the quality of food provided was good. The host went above and beyond to make our weekend special with a birthday package including balloons, banners, cake, and toys for our son. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. a fantastic experience!

The host was incredibly nice and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I also appreciated the complimentary rock, tea, and coffee that were provided. The central location was a major bonus, as it made it easy for us to explore the area and access various attractions.

That the double bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, which made it slightly uncomfortable as they kept separating. However, this minor inconvenience did not significantly impact our overall experience at the hotel.

It was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bedroom and plenty of towels provided. The location was ideal, close to the town centre and within walking distance of all amenities. I even had the opportunity to ride the sparkling tram to the waterpark, which was a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The apartment had great dining facilities and even a dishwasher, making my stay even more convenient. it was a perfect choice for my holiday.

The kitchen appliances could have been better, as the kettle didn't always work.

One aspect that could be improved is the location of the apartments. While the inside of the property was pleasant, the surrounding area could be more picturesque.
