We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room was cozy and clean. We particularly loved the location right in the center of town, which made it easy to explore the surrounding mountains. The paid shuttle service was also a nice touch and made our airport transfer stress-free. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting here.

It was a bit challenging to find the hotel at first, and the walk to get there was a bit difficult. while the hotel was ideally located for those who enjoy walking and exploring, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Sitting just next to the majestic Kazbek mountain, the view from the room is simply breathtaking. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel even allows guests to use their kitchen facilities, perfect for cooking up some vegetarian or vegan meals.

The heating radiator adjustment knob was missing in the room. Had to carry our luggage for a short distance due to repair work on the access road.

The view from my room at Sunshine was absolutely breathtaking, with a direct sight of the majestic Mt Kazbegi and the Trinity Church. The staff, especially Monica, was friendly and always ready to help. The homemade food made from fresh local ingredients was delicious. I wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the authentic and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning scenery and warm hospitality.
