A charming heritage property where I felt right at home. The Garden Route offered unique experiences and breathtaking views. The spa therapists were highly qualified. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

i loved the old rectory. it was so lovely and peaceful, a perfect escape near the beach. the room was spacious with a delightful bathtub and large shower. the breakfasts were delicious, and the manager, sam, truly made our stay memorable. a boutique hotel that goes the extra mile for its guests, with a beautiful decor and an idyllic setting.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the beach as well as within walking distance of town and restaurants. The breakfast provided was plentiful, varied, and delicious. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

The Old Rectory in Plettenberg Bay is a hidden gem. Beautifully appointed rooms with all modern amenities. Friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Excellent breakfast options and delicious food in the on-site restaurant. The pool area is a lovely spot to relax. a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Not obvious to find.

The location of this hotel was excellent, close to the beach and with great views. the property was also clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed spending time in the pool area, which was outstanding. the creative meals served at breakfast and dinner were also a highlight.

the old rectory exceeded my expectations during our golf trip. it was even better than our previous stay in plettenberg bay. excellent location, beautiful decor, and the staff were all wonderful. the breakfast, pool area, and cleanliness in the room were outstanding.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a classy and well-appointed boutique hotel in a beautiful coastal town. The location was ideal, just steps away from the stunning beach and within walking distance of the main street and restaurants. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, with large comfortable beds and all the modern amenities one could ask for. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom with its freestanding bath and walk-in shower. The hotel also had a lovely pool and deck area where I could enjoy a relaxing outdoor breakfast. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always willing to help and provide valuable information about the area. my stay at this hotel left me feeling positive about the future and what is possible in South Africa.
