The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the city centre, making it easy to explore the city's landmarks like Bagrat cathedral. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable with great city views. The staff is very friendly and professional, and breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

Some rooms do not have a shower curtain, which can make the bathroom quite wet after a shower.

We had a fantastic stay at this family-run 3-star hotel. The staff were welcoming and professional, and their excellent English made communication easy. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation and even allowed us to check in early. The rooftop bar provided stunning views and was a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. The location was convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from the city center. We also appreciated the small parking area, which was convenient for our car. a great boutique hotel that we would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel with a perfect location, just an 8-minute walk to the center. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, including a hairdryer. Both our rooms had balconies with stunning views. the hotel's rooftop terrace created a romantic atmosphere, especially in the evening. the staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast was great!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I required. I particularly loved the double bed and the fact that the room had air conditioning. Lastly, the location was excellent, situated in a calm neighborhood just a short walk from the town center. The view from the room was also amazing, especially during sunset. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel was situated in a tranquil and peaceful area, which made it really relaxing to stay there. the terrace had a wonderful view and was a great place to unwind with a drink after a long day of exploring. the staff was attentive and always willing to help out with any issues we had.

the breakfast spread was quite limited, with a lack of pastries and scrambled eggs. However, those few things aside, it was definitely an enjoyable experience overall.
