The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is very close to the historic center and the city center. You can easily explore the charming streets and visit the beautiful churches nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, as they are always ready to assist you and make your stay memorable. The breakfast served on the terrace is delicious, with fresh and tasty options. Additionally, the view from the terrace is breathtaking, offering a stunning backdrop to start your day.

The bathroom facilities could be improved, as some guests mentioned that they were a bit old and had a slight smell.

Beautiful and modern facilities, comfortable room, and a large terrace with great views of the town. The hosts were kind and helpful, even arranging trips at lower prices than the tourist information center. They even provided transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas trip, I had a memorable stay at this hotel in Kutaisi. the hotel staff provided excellent service, and I appreciated the thoughtful holiday decorations in my room. I was pleased to find complimentary champagne and fresh fruits on arrival, which made my stay feel extra special. the hotel’s central location was ideal for exploring the city's many attractions, and being able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants and cultural sites without having to take a taxi made everything more convenient.

The terrace where breakfast took place was beautiful, but I wasn't overly thrilled with the selection of food options available. I found the room to be a bit cramped and lacking in storage space for my luggage, which made it difficult to move around and feel comfortable.

Up on a hill, in a quiet recreational area with easy access to Bagrati monastery and Botanical garden. The hotel offers clean rooms with great facilities such as parking and transportation. The location offers a peaceful environment and stunning views. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is a hidden gem located on a hill in a quiet residential neighborhood. The view of the Bagrati Cathedral from the terrace is absolutely stunning. The rooms are exactly like the pictures and come equipped with all the necessities. The breakfast served on the terrace provides not only a delicious start to the day but also a panoramic view of the city.
