After a long day of traveling, I was thrilled to arrive at Sowell Residences New Chastillon. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I was relieved to find that my room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me easy access to the beautiful hiking trails in the area. Throughout my stay, I found the staff to be helpful and attentive to my needs. I had a fantastic experience at Sowell Residences New Chastillon and would highly recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at a ski resort and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes. The apartment hotel was situated right next to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The breakfast provided was also quite good, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for a ski holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right at the slopes and close to the shops. The staff really understands hospitality and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was well-maintained with comfortable amenities such as a seating area, in-room safe, and a dining table. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the hairdryer provided. The hotel's facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a great addition to our relaxing vacation. The continental breakfast served here was delicious and a great way to start our days.

We highly recommend this hotel to all! The overall experience was superb, and we couldn't have asked for more.

The location of residence is perfect, with easy access to the building on skis. The room offers a fantastic view of the mountains. All necessary amenities are available and the place is bright and clean.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, my recent stay at a hotel in Isola 2000 was quite enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the shops and slopes. The apartment itself was small but new and fresh, with a perfect bathroom and a great view of the ski slope. The staff at the hotel were helpful, especially the one person at the reception desk who spoke English. In addition, having a ski depot nearby was convenient, although it could get busy during peak times. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and well-maintained facilities.

Nothing it is perfect.

The breakfast offered a good variety and quality, and the hotel's location was superb, with easy access to ski lifts and slopes. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, always willing to help with local insights and information.

The rooms were fairly expensive with some, lacking proper lighting and ventilation, which made them quite stuffy. some of the room facilities were insufficient, such as improper beddings and some household appliances not functioning correctly, making our stay a bit cumbersome.

Perfect location on the slopes, making skiing easy. Clean building and comfortable room. Close to bus stop and large parking lot. Convenient kitchenette and storage space. a great stay for skiing. 🎿

Plenty of good snow, excellent and helpful hotel staff. Beautiful location, great for walking and mountain biking in the summer. Good rooms, free parking, sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, trampolines, and a "fitness track". Close to supermarkets and other stores.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.

Heaven forbid they clean my room or have an outdoor entrance to the ski storage. So inconvenient.
