Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautifully crafted wooden furnishings in my room, reminiscent of a cozy cabin in the woods. the attention to detail in the decor made me feel like I was in a fairytale setting, adding a touch of whimsy to my stay.

The guesthouse is located in attractive managed gardens, just off Main St with great restaurants nearby. Guests can enjoy a self-catering kitchen area with every type of tea and coffee, and snacks at their disposal. the welcoming owner and staff provide a self-service breakfast, adding to the delightful experience.

The bathrooms could benefit from measures to prevent slippery floors when wet.

The spacious rooms were equipped with everything a large family like ours could need, from a fully stocked fridge to fluffy towels and comfy beds. the kids loved the pool and communal areas perfect for family bonding. Being close to shops and restaurants made it a breeze to explore the local area together.

My wife says that having simpler security procedures, without the need for multiple keys and extensive briefings, would be more family-friendly. For dads, it would be great to have kid-friendly options at the snack bar.
