This hotel is located in a great spot with easy access to historical sites, Central Park, and an old restaurant. The views of the towering mountains are breathtaking from the roof terrace. The rooms are well furnished and the bathrooms have water hose for convenience. The breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from.

The walls are poorly soundproofed and the noise from hallways or outside can be easily heard in the rooms.

Nothing it is perfect

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, as it was situated in the center of everything and just a short walking distance away from all the main attractions. The room was impressive and had all the amenities I needed, including an ironing facility, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a free toiletry set. The staff provided amazing service with a humble attitude, making me feel right at home. They even helped me with some grocery shopping and recommended some special diet menus.

My recent stay at Milano Palace in Borjomi was absolutely fantastic. The hotel had a great location, close to restaurants and shops. The room I stayed in was of high standard, clean, and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to assist me when my rental car broke down, providing exceptional service. The daily breakfast was delicious and the complimentary Borjomi mineral water was a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Borjomi.

The hotel we stayed at over the weekend had a great location, right in the heart of the city center, which was perfect for exploring. the room was equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge and kettle, and the toiletries provided were a great touch. We especially enjoyed the complementary mineral water that was given to us every day, a nice perk. the breakfast was scrumptious and we loved the balcony where we could relax and take in the views.
