The view from the terrace during breakfast is amazing! The staff is friendly and accommodating, even allowing early check-in. The room is spacious, with comfortable beds and no noise disturbances.

We loved how this place is located in an avenue where we could go for a stroll and enjoy the city vibe. The service, room service, and housekeeping were absolutely great. There are shops and commercial services nearby, and laundry was available too. Moreover, tours and tickets assistance was provided by the hotel. In-room amenities of this hotel were up to our expectations - there was an iron, air conditioning, sitting area, flat-screen TV with different channels, and an electric kettle to make tea or coffee.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and cozy. We loved the large shower and the abundance of lamps in the room. It made reading in bed a pleasure. One thing that really impressed us was the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel at home and safe throughout our stay. We appreciated their warm hospitality. The hotel's location was also good, with a metro station right beside it and taxis available. we had a positive experience at New Tiflis Hotel and would recommend it to others.

Got to explore lots of local restaurants and easily accessible via the metro, perfect location for sure. the street view was amazing, especially from our room on the high floor. Staff were very helpful and professional. speaking English they were courteous in their approach. We faced a minor issue with the AC, but it was sorted with immediate effect. There was one particular team member who went extra lengths to make our stay comfortable. Our boy, too, had a memorable time here.

Our room was slightly disappointing, and the breakfast wasn't quite up-to-the-mark. the room was smaller than we expected, and it felt cramped.
