We loved the warm and welcoming staff who provided exceptional 5-star service throughout our stay. The beautiful and relaxing rooms made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with constant cleaning happening during our visit. The lounge area with a fireplace was a cozy and inviting space to unwind. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a variety of options. The location was great, being close to the slopes but tucked away from the busy center. As foreign tourists, we highly recommend Rooms Hotel for its hospitality, friendly staff, and overall perfect experience.

the hotel's location is excellent, being close to the ski lift. This makes it convenient for families with children who want to spend their days on the slopes. Furthermore, the rooms and facilities are well-designed and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, as it is served in a quiet atmosphere from 8 am onwards. Additionally, the ski room floors have non-slip surfaces, ensuring safety for everyone.

The hotel's restaurant, bar, and lounge are often chaotic and overwhelming, especially during the afternoon and evening. Families with children seem to dominate the area, with unsupervised kids running and screaming around tables, making it difficult for guests to enjoy their meals peacefully.

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the complimentary champagne and chocolates that were waiting for me in the room. the hotel's proximity to the ski lift was convenient, allowing quick access to the slopes. the hotel's pet-friendly policy was a plus, and I enjoyed playing with the friendly resident dogs that were well looked after.

The noise level in the restaurant and lounge area was overwhelming, and the chaotic atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy a meal. the view from some of the rooms was unappealing, with a view of a concrete wall rather than the surrounding scenery.
