Excellent location, extremely clean & comfortable. Warm welcome by Mr. Giga, friendly & humble. Fabulous Georgian traditional breakfast. Giga went the extra mile, met all our needs. No hidden costs at this hotel. Giga brought my husband from the airport. Took us to a restaurant with the best view. Giga, the nicest and most helpful person.

The view from our balcony was truly mesmerizing, offering a breathtaking panorama of the city. the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and easy to talk to, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, with popular attractions in Tbilisi just a short 10-15 minute distance away. Our room was impeccably neat and clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. the availability of parking space for vehicles was a convenient bonus. the hotel also offered reliable wifi, which was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of having papers with information about local attractions, as well as contact numbers for tour guides. we enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee available 24/7, and the abundance of conveniently placed plug points around the bed. the inclusion of a left luggage counter in the room was a great convenience for storing our bags and trolleys. Lastly, the presence of a heater in the bathroom added to the overall comfort of our stay. the hospitality of the property was truly exceptional.

The hotel was situated on top of a hill, which provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. Additionally, it was conveniently located near a bus station and metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing advice on local attractions.

The soundproofing in the room could have been better.
