The staff is welcoming and eager to please, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the resort has beautiful outdoor gardens with a waterfall and a trampoline for children to enjoy.

Although the hotel provides a great stay, the beds are a bit hard, which may not be suitable for everyone's preference.

The spacious and clean rooms provided enhanced comfort with amenities like air conditioning, a big TV, and a mini-bar. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including a spa & wellness center with a sauna and jacuzzi, an outdoor swimming pool, and a sun terrace. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel truly pampered during my stay. The restaurant on site served a delicious variety of Georgian and international cuisine, and the breakfast room boasted dramatic mountain views.

What an incredible experience at Vardzia Resort! I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the caves from my room window. Waking up to such a stunning sight was absolutely amazing. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The swimming pool was a refreshing retreat, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options including my favorite, the yogurt. Great complementary breakfast and dinner, ideal location for exploring local sites and attractions. the rooftop terrace provides a great view of the surrounding area, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a long day.

The room was a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel and could use some renovations. the front desk staff was not very helpful when it came to navigating the local area.
