We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us. They provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect - not in the city center but closer to the international airport, which was great for our early morning flight. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and we were impressed by the luxurious amenities, such as the ironing facilities and flat-screen TV. The restaurant and bar area provided delicious meals and a relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the outdoor terrace, where we could enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the quality of service and comfort offered by this venue exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel offered exceptional value for the price. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially George who went out of his way to help us. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. the highlight of the hotel was the huge balcony on the 7th floor where we enjoyed an excellent breakfast with a stunning view.

While there were private parking spaces, they were a bit tight for a large hotel. the trap in the shower cabinet seemed blocked, which made it hard to take a proper shower.

The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and the added bonus of having tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were super nice and accommodating. One of the managers, Mariam, made sure that everything met my needs and made my stay even more incredible. I highly recommend West Tower Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
