Additionally, the heating, air conditioning, and free wi, fi in rooms made my stay comfortable and hassle, free. the nearby shopping area and variety of leisure facilities added to the overall experience, making it a memorable stay.

Namba station was conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice touch of complimentary tea in the fridge. I appreciated the separated bathroom and toilet design, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time exploring the city on Christmas day. the hotel's complimentary tea was a great way to warm up after a day spent sightseeing. the location was very convenient for shopping as the mall was within walking distance. We also loved the spacious bathroom and the friendly staff.

The hotel lacked dining options and there were no convenience stores nearby. We had to walk a bit to find a place for dinner, which was tiring after a long day of walking.
