The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the train station and centrally located. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, catering to different tastes. , the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The bathroom had some constraints, such as an awkward shower door and the size/layout being a bit cramped. the HVAC system seemed to struggle in coping with the temperature, especially after taking a shower or during sunny days.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the attention to detail throughout. Secondly, the location in a residential area outside of the city center provided a peaceful and authentic experience. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel right at home. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was simply delightful, with a wide selection to choose from.

The renovated historic hotel had a charming feel with modern amenities. the breakfast spread was typical German, providing both savoury and sweet. the central location was just a short walk to the train station which provides a quick commute to central city attractions.

The hotel's proximity to the station made for a noisy stay. the thin windows did not block out the train and passenger noise, so it was hard to sleep.

The location of 1891 Hildesheim Boutique was perfect, just a few minutes from the train station. Our room was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, even assisting us with our luggage. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, overall I will recommend this hotel.
