the rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, but the best part was the amazing bed. It was so comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. the hotel itself is located in a characterful building in the Neuhafen/Speicherstadt area, surrounded by modern buildings. the design of the hotel is a perfect blend of industrial and vintage elements, which gives it a unique and stylish atmosphere. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We had a slight issue with our travel plans due to a storm, but the hotel called us to check if we wanted to cancel our reservation for that night without any charges. This level of customer service was truly impressive. the hotel is easily accessible by subway from the airport, and its central location makes it a great base for exploring Hamburg. And don't miss out on visiting the Boilerman Bar, which is a cool and relaxed spot even if you're not staying at the hotel. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Efficient staff even offered cancellation due to flight/train issues. Easily accessible by subway and a central location for exploring. Cool and relaxed bar worth visiting.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect - situated in a new area, it was still relatively close to other districts of the city. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with room service and other amenities readily available.

During my city break, I had the pleasure of staying at an incredibly charming hotel. the rooms were surprisingly spacious and cozy, with beautiful decor that made me feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from everything I wanted to see and do. To top it off, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

There were a couple of minor issues. the housekeeper came into the room without knocking when I was relaxing, which was a bit uncomfortable.
