The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling downtown area, shops, and walking zones. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket and tram station right across the street. the staff, from the friendly receptionists to the polite room service, were all top-notch. They even provided an extra bed for our child without us requesting it. the car parking was spacious and convenient, and overall, the hotel was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The cost of parking and breakfast. We felt that the parking fee of 17 Euro per day was a bit expensive and wished it was closer to 10 Euro.

The WiFi was absolutely terrible, and my door key didn't work at all. It took ages for the engineer to sort out my key card reader, and the air conditioning system didn't work.
