Excellent location in the city center, near public transport, shops and museums. Fully equipped kitchen and daily cleaning service were great. The room was quiet and had a washer and dryer. Gym, pool and sauna were also available.

I had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and next to the excellent Germanic National Museum. The service was exceptional, with room service and dry cleaning available at my convenience. I loved the welcome drink and the pet amenities available. The room amenities were fantastic, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed the terrace and in-room safe, and the separate tub and shower were a nice touch. The leisure facilities were great too, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center, all with Wi-Fi and locker room access.

I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

The hotel's location between the city walls was ideal for us as we wanted to visit the Christmas markets and it was easy to access the center square in town. Additionally, the hotel was close to everything in the city center and was easy to reach by U-Bahn. The rooms were excellent, modern, and clean, with great amenities such as a washing machine and a pool that my kids loved.
