The hotel provided us with an unforgettable new year experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the breathtaking views from our room, and the location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions. We especially appreciated the free ski pass that came with our stay, allowing us to fully explore the amazing ski slopes. The food was delicious and we always left the restaurant feeling satisfied.

The only downside to our otherwise perfect stay was the breakfast. The variety of options was limited, and there were some issues with the staff communicating the fact that breakfast was included in our stay.
