We had a great stay at Am Katharinenholz. the owners/managers were incredibly helpful and friendly, and even greeted us with affectionate Lab. the room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary toiletries, as well as little details like a wireless mobile charger - something we hadn't seen before. the hotel's location in a quiet residential area was perfect, easily accessible by public transport and with convenient amenities nearby. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that our room pass doubled as a public transportation card for Potsdam and Berlin. the breakfast offered at the hotel was fantastic and definitely worth the additional cost. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel on the outskirts of a charming city. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the beautiful Sanssouci park and the bustling city center. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a beautifully tiled bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The highlight of my stay was the fabulous breakfast, with a wide selection of delicious food. it was a wonderful experience.

I did have some trouble communicating with the staff, as they spoke limited English.

The charming and helpful hostess, spacious and clean room, well-equipped toilet, good breakfast, free travel card, great location in a quiet residential area.

The hotel's location in a residential area provides a quiet retreat, while still being easily accessible by public transport. The proprietor's attention to detail, including providing a travel card and excellent instructions for getting around, adds to the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

From check-in to check-out, the experience was exceptional. The hostess went above and beyond to ensure comfort. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great and the provided travel card was a bonus. Highly recommended!

Found a cozy room with a good balance between quiet and proximity to restaurants and public transport routes. the staff team was friendly and professional, giving good directions and helping me with my suitcase. Also enjoyed the complimentary travel pass and the well-maintained garden.

Despite the cozy feel of the room, the bedding could have been softer. And although the breakfast had a good selection of bread, cheese and meat, I felt the hot drinks could have been warmer.
