I have to say, the staff at Hotel Ambiance Rivoli went above and beyond for us. When I accidentally left my valuable watch in the room, they found it and sent it back to me in the UK free of charge. It truly showed their genuine kindness and made our stay so much more memorable. The room itself was great, with comfortable beds and it was very convenient for transportation. Despite some small drawbacks, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect, right beside the underground station, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the Night receptionist who went out of their way to assist us with our travel plans.

We highly recommend this hotel to families. Despite some minor issues, like the poor soundproofing, our stay here was enjoyable and we would definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed waking up to a delicious breakfast with an impressive variety of food. The location is also well-situated for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby landmarks and activities. Plus, the warm and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
