The staff at the hotel were outstanding. They provided excellent service and went above and beyond to help me when my luggage went missing. They were attentive and kept me updated on the status of my lost bag. The breakfast at the hotel was also fantastic, with great service and a wide variety of options. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the old part of town with a beautiful view of the river.

I had a negative experience with the housekeeping staff. They mistakenly took a towel that I had brought myself and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance.

The view over the river was stunning, and I enjoyed sitting outside with a drink after a day of exploring. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do. The room was spacious and always kept clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, adding to my overall experience.

Spectacular River View

During our recent stay at Ameron Bonn Hotel, we were blown away by the spectacular view of the Rhine River. Watching the boats pass by was simply amazing. The corner Premium room we stayed in was also a delight, with plenty of light and modern design furniture. We were truly impressed.

The hotel amenities were top-notch, including the spa and wellness center where we could relax and unwind. We loved the quick and easy check-in process at the Ameron Bonn Hotel. The staff at the front desk were very well-trained and made us feel welcomed. The room was exceptionally clean with super comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious, especially the shower. We were placed on a high floor, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. The windows allowed plenty of natural light and a lovely view of the gardens.

We felt like part of the family during our stay at the Ameron Bonn Hotel. There was nothing to complain about.

The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the river and the city. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to the other side of the city via a small ferry. the hotel had a beautiful and exclusive grassed terrace for guests, with deck chairs provided for a relaxed experience.

The service was not up to par. We had to wait a long time to get menus at the restaurant while German-speaking guests were already dining.
