The penthouse suite was amazing, offering stunning views of the river and castle. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a delicious breakfast delivered right to my room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, situated by the river in a quaint quay village, and providing easy access to the nearby Conwy Castle. I had a wonderful experience and am already planning my next trip back!

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the excellent facilities and amenities at the hotel. The suite exceeded our expectations and offered stunning views of the Conwy estuary. The staff were attentive and the on-site restaurant and bar were top-notch. We even got some fantastic meal ideas from the restaurant that we can try at home. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the location was perfect. the hotel had a friendly atmosphere and was conveniently located for exploring various attractions in the area, including Chester, Snowdonia, and Anglesey.

The hotel is situated in a really good area for exploring and is considered one of the best in the area. The location is also near a lovely beach area, providing a scenic view. The rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent linen and toiletries. The staff is friendly, polite, and professional. The restaurant offers excellent food and reasonably priced wine. The atmosphere is friendly and the service at breakfast is good.

Some customers have mentioned being woken up by noisy staff in the courtyard, which could be disruptive to a good night's sleep.

The complementary bottle of wine and box of chocolates added a nice touch to our Christmas stay. the hotel was in close proximity to the town centre and had a beautiful view of the harbour. the spa services were enjoyable.

The bed was incredibly comfy and the large bathroom with a separate shower and bath was a luxurious touch.
