The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the old town, just minutes from all the major attractions. Situated next to the church, it offers a stunning view of the square and the city panorama. The spacious and comfortable rooms come with large windows and well-equipped bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service and is always ready to assist. the optional breakfast at the nearby restaurant is a great way to start the day.

The service elevator to the restaurant was not well-informed and the waitstaff's behavior could have been more professional.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the very center of the Old Town was perfect, as we were just minutes away from all the important sites. The room we stayed in had a fantastic balcony with a great view, and the whole hotel was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were fast, friendly, and professional, especially when we faced a small issue with the Wi-Fi connection. The spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and the availability of a washing machine were all added benefits that enhanced our comfort during our stay.

Lovely apartment in a magnificent location. We stayed here for two nights and the apartment looked out into Neumarkt Square, with a magnificent view of Frauenkirche church less than 100 meters across the square. The apartment itself was very modern and well appointed. It is only minutes from numerous good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with a spacious living area. Limited but adequate cooking facilities. I highly recommend this hotel apartment.

The location of this city hotel was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. The view from our room was amazing! We also appreciated the modern appliances in our room, especially the washing machine.

Our kitchen was quite small and had very basic facilities. We were disappointed as we were hoping to cook during our stay.
