The apartment was conveniently located close to the city center and public transport. the beds were comfortable and the heating was good, which was great during the cold Xmas period. the kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to cook our own meals easily. We also appreciated the easy check-in process.

The apartment felt cramped and claustrophobic, and the layout was poorly designed. It was also concerning that there was no staff readily available in case of emergencies, and we had to rely on a phone number to reach someone if needed.

Noisy fridge all night.

The location of my room was fantastic, with easy access to Hannover sights via tram. I could easily hop on the tram right off of an easy tram line to the hauptbahnhof. I appreciated having the bathroom mirror near the sink for shaving.

I did notice that the staircase in the building was dirty during my stay. There were chicken bones and drink packaging scattered throughout the floors, which was quite off-putting.
