From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent service and professionalism. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous at all levels. The hotel was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The food and prices were excellent, and the service in the restaurant was top-notch. The exercise room was spacious and clean, and the pool was refreshing, especially in the afternoon. We also enjoyed the convenient take-out breakfast box for our visit to Angkor Wat. we had a fantastic stay and would love to return.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Staff is genuinely warm and helpful, and the breakfast is outstanding. the location is superb and very convenient for business travelers. the clean and comfortable rooms are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, from the fast Wi-Fi to large TVs with plenty of international channels.

The discounts they offer on the SPA and FOOD for longer stays are not always applied, and it can be hard to confirm them at check-out. there is no waiter at the pool, so you have to search for one to make an order.

I was impressed with the tidy and spacious room at Courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The hotel staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake and a beautiful bouquet - such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was delicious and I appreciated the attentive and present staff. Although the location was not the best, it was still convenient to explore the tourist spots on a tuk-tuk. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
